1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website www.tyresonly.co.uk and the purchase of products from TyresOnly (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

4. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct tyre size and specification for their vehicle.


5. Ordering Process

You place an order by completing checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.


6. Prices & Payment

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods include card payments, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third‑party providers.


7. Delivery

Standard UK mainland delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you upon delivery, but ownership transfers only after full payment. You must inspect goods upon arrival and report issues within 48 hours.


8. Returns & Cancellations

Your rights are detailed in our Return Policy. You have 14 days to cancel an order under Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless tyres have been mounted.


9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect tyres, contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.


10. Warranty

All tyres come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or road hazards is not covered.


11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect tyre selection, costs of fitting or removal, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability will not exceed the value of the order.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is owned by TyresOnly and may not be reproduced without permission.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.


14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy – TyresOnly


1. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the tyres have not been mounted, used, or damaged. Mounted tyres cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. How to Request a Return

Email support@tyresonly.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions.


3. Return Conditions

Tyres must be unused, unmounted, and in resaleable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the tyres are faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked courier.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after inspection. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Delivery fees may not be refunded unless goods were faulty.


5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If tyres arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange collection at no cost to you. You may choose replacement or full refund.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if the tyres are unused and in original condition. Price differences may apply.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Mounted tyres, used tyres, or tyres damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
